DAVID V. H. SITORUS, S.H., M.H.
MANAGING PARTNERDavid holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung and a Master of Laws degree from The University of Indonesia, Jakarta.
Since in law school, David has been active in providing various legal services. He advises clients in criminal cases, administrative litigation and constitutional petitions. Further, he has also been actively resolving several disputes in the field of commercial litigation.
In addition, David has many strong relationship and managerial positions. By having such advantages, he believes that he is able to solve the client’s legal matters professionally.
David is the Managing Partner of the Firm.
KSATRIA SURBAKTI, S.H.
PARTNERKsatria is a professional lawyer, having earned his law degree from the Faculty of Law at Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung.
Prior to co-founding KALD Law Office, Ksatria honed his skills at several prominent law firms in Jakarta, specializing in various legal areas, including commercial litigation, dispute resolution, employment law, e-commerce, consumer protection, intellectual property, and criminal cases.
Licensed to practice law in Indonesia and holding membership with PERADI, Ksatria's dedication to excellence extends beyond his legal practice.
Additionally, he is also certified as a receiver & administrator for bankruptcy and an active member of AKPI, demonstrating his commitment to assisting clients through challenging financial circumstances and enhancing his professional network and expertise in the legal field.
BARITA AYU THERESSA, S.H., M.H.
PARTNERAyu is a law graduate of the Faculty of Law of Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung and holds her Master of Laws degree from The University of Indonesia, Jakarta majoring in intellectual property law.
Prior to participating in the founding of the KALD Law Office, Ayu worked in a big food and beverage company and a regionally-owned company.
She has experience in assisting companies related to any corporate legal matters. In relation to her experience in intellectual property law, she handled many registration applications of trademark, patent and industrial design, assisted clients in the process of hearing on the rejection of trademark application and industrial design examination. After gaining extensive experiences as an in-house legal counsel, she joined a law firm focusing on intellectual property law.
